This site is all about transitioning to a healthier you. I've been a vegeterian/vegan for the past twenty years and an active member of People for the Ethnical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
I became quite concern about health for others a couple of years ago because my significant other of 32 years was diagnosed and ultimately passed away of Kidney Cancer.
Hopefully, you'll find my blog helpful in assisting you with living a more healthier life!
I'd love to hear from you.

My Favorite Exercise Video
Leslie Sansome is my favorite aerobic instructor. Her Walk-Away-the-Pounds fitness series can be used by all ages. Walking is so good for you and it doesn't require any special equipment (not to mention, it's fun!).
Check out the video below for a sample of Leslie's workout regiment.
You are right, walking is an excellent exercise and one of my favorites besides running. I advise everyone if you do not feel like watching a video or going in the gym walk up and down your stairs (this does wonders on your calfs ladies, or when it is warm outside walk around the track.
What if you knew that the Fountain of Youth was easily within your reach? It is, but we call it exercise. People who exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight are physiologically 10-20 years younger than sedentary people of the same age. Their cardiovascular function, body lipids, body composition and appearance are all significantly better than in sedentary people. So visit the Fountain of Youth. It's in your own body.
Choices, Choices, Choices!
He Loves Me; He Loves Me Not
Exercise Can Be Really Fun!
Fitting in exercise time can be incredibly easy and even enjoyable.
The most interesting job I've had is being an American Airlines Flight Attendant. I've traveled the world extensively and have met people from all walks of life. We all need healthy reminders and tips.
