The last reason alone is good enough for me Nettie, except that I am still in the pre stage. I am not the health club type, I am more or less a walker. Years ago I heard someone say that they lost their wait by making sure that the walked five miles a day. I started walking on my lunch break and to and from the train everyday and low and behold the weight came off, I should have stuck with it. The good thing is that I can always go back to it. I can say that excercise did a lot for my mental state of being, nothing like oxygen to the brain.
