I like eating healthy Nettie. It's just so hard to do when your life is so darn busy. What do you suggest?

ReplyDeleteI suggest you pre-plan your meals. If at all possible, use one lazy afternoon to prepare food for the week. This will help you stay focused and on track w/good healthy eating especially when you get home. If you must eat on the go, the book Eat This and Not That is an excellent at-your-glance guide to assist you when eating out. Also, in my previous blog, I give a some good tips on eating on the go!
